Randy Richardson Randy Richardson

Randy Richardson leads Vi's strategic growth initiatives, which are designed to enhance the economic value of the company and further position the company as an industry leader. Under his leadership, the company has completed or initiated over $1 billion of new development. Randy’s operations experience has enabled the company to establish itself as a first class operator of senior living communities.

Randy has an extensive background in property development, management, and marketing. Before joining Vi, he served as senior vice president of Asset Management for General Growth Properties, Inc. In this position, he was responsible for a portfolio of properties located nationwide, with a market value in excess of $4 billion. Richardson was responsible for all operational issues as well as several development, acquisition and expansion projects in his portfolio.

Randy also serves on several industry trade organizations and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, majoring in marketing/economics.

John Moore John A. Moore

John A. Moore is the Chief Executive Officer of Atria Senior Living, Inc., a seniors housing operations business formed in 2011 upon the merger of the majority of Atria Senior Living Group’s real estate assets with Ventas. He is also a member of the Atria Senior Living’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Moore was also previously Chief Executive Officer of Atria Senior Living Group as well as a Managing Director of Lazard Alternative Investors and a Managing Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Lazard Real Estate Partners (“LREP”). LREP manages the investment funds which owned Atria Senior Living Group and now own Atria Senior Living, Inc.

Prior to joining LREP in 1998, Mr. Moore was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of World Financial Properties, a private New York City based office property owner/operator and a predecessor to the public company Brookfield Property Corporation. Previously, he worked with Olympia and York Properties as Senior Vice President, Finance and led the financial and restructuring efforts in the company’s $5 billion bankruptcy reorganization. Prior to joining Olympia and York, he worked as a real estate lender with the Sumitomo Bank in New York and Sovran Bank in Norfolk, Virginia.

Mr. Moore is a member of various industry associations including Pension Real Estate Association, Executive Board of the American Senior Housing Association, and Assisted Living Federation of America.

George Hager serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Genesis HealthCare. Prior to becoming CEO, George was executive vice president and chief financial officer and was responsible for corporate finance, information services, reimbursement and risk management. He joined Genesis in 1992 as vice president and chief financial officer and was named senior vice president and chief financial officer in 1994. George has over 25 years experience in the health care industry. George spent the first 13 years of his professional career at KPMG, LLP. From 1989 to 1992, he was the partner in charge of the health care practice group for the Philadelphia Region.

George holds Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College. He is a certified public accountant; Board member and audit committee chair of Adolor Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company; member of the Board of Trustees and finance committee of The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia; member of the Board of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association; and is a member of the Board and audit committee chair of REACH Medical Holdings, Inc., a medical transportation company.

Brad Razook is president of CSCA Capital Advisors LLC, and oversees all of CSCA's merchant banking, restructuring, mergers and acquisition, and corporate finance activities. From July of 1997 to March 1999, Brad was managing director and head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Schroder & Co. Inc. Prior to joining Schroder & Co. Brad was executive vice president and head of Investment Banking at NatWest Markets N.A., the U.S. investment banking arm of National Westminster Bank PLC. Brad joined NatWest in March of 1990 and served as Head of Equity Capital Markets and of the REIT and Healthcare Investment Banking Group prior to taking on responsibility for all of NatWest Markets U.S. investment banking activities. From March 1985 to March 1990 Brad was first vice president and counsel of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, where he worked with the firm's real estate, government and mortgage-backed securities, equity and international divisions before his assignment to the firm's Beverly Hills based high yield bond department in August of 1989. From June 1982 to February 1985 Brad was vice president, general counsel and secretary of Brean Murray Foster Securities and its affiliated investment management company and mutual fund.

Brad received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University, and is a graduate of The Choate School. He formerly served as a trustee of the Rye Country Day School. From 1977-1979 he was a contributing editor of National Lampoon Magazine where he authored a monthly piece entitled "Lives of the Great".

Kevin McMeen is a co-founder of MidCap Financial and president of Real Estate Lending. Prior to joining MidCap, Kevin created and ran the real estate lending practice for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Kevin led the healthcare real estate segment of GE Healthcare Commercial Finance and its predecessor, Heller Healthcare Finance.

Kevin is the immediate past chair of the board of the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry, serves on the advisory board of the Erickson Executive Education program at University of Maryland Baltimore County, and is an active member of the American Seniors Housing Association.

Kevin holds an Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Bob Kramer is founder and president of the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC), a non-profit education and resource center that serves debt and equity investors interested in the seniors housing and long term care industry. Bob, a frequent writer and speaker on trends in seniors housing and long term care, has directed NIC since its inception in 1991.

A former county government official and Maryland state legislator, Bob was a leader on healthcare and environmental issues while representing the state capital of Annapolis in the 1980s. Bob was educated at Harvard and Oxford Universities and also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary.
