Founded in 1991, the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry, a nonprofit
organization, provides information about business strategy and capital formation for the senior living
industry. Proceeds from the Annual Conference - now in its 21st year – are used to fund research and
data that lead to informed investment decision making to advance the quality of the seniors housing and care industry.
Recognized as the industry's top deal making event, the Annual Conference brings together seniors housing
and care providers, financiers and developers, with portfolios of properties ranging from international
and national to regional and local. From large receptions to an event messaging system to color-coded
badges, NIC is committed to facilitating networking.
