The Marriott Wardman Park and Omni Shoreham hotels are currently SOLD OUT. In the event room
cancellations are received at the Marriott, Central Reservations will be able to offer those rooms. To check on room availability, please call 800-228-9290.
NIC does not have any other contracted room blocks as Washington area hotels will not hold contracted blocks any less than
three weeks out from a conference due to the high number of transient travelers to the region. As of this time, the major
overflow hotels within a 1.5 mile radius of the Marriott and Omni are also currently sold out. We recommend using a search
engine such as hotels.com and setting your search based on proximity to the National Zoo (the nearest tourist landmark to
the Marriott).
Should additional rooms become available, an update will be posted at www.nic.org.

Airports
The Washington, DC metro area is served by three airports:
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) - 8 miles to Marriott
- Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 30 miles to Marriott
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) - 40 miles to Marriott
Metro
The Marriott Wardman Park is located at the Woodley Park/National Zoo stop on the Metro's Red Line.
Parking
Parking is available at the Marriott Wardman Park for $37 per day (valet).
Transportation
Attendees wishing to arrange transportation to and from the Marriott Wardman Park or the Omni Shoreham Hotel are encouraged to use the Marriott's 24
